All items being purchased are sold “As is” without any warranties or guarantees.
2. All Sales Final
Upon completion of the sale, there are no returns or refunds for any reason whatsoever*. This includes the deposit on any items to be held.
*only exception* – If, between the time of deposit and the time of equipment pickup, the items deposited on break or become otherwise unusable, the deposit on those particular items shall be fully refunded.
3. Equipment pickup will occur between July 14th and July 21st at STACFITNESS. Method to be determined with covid – 19 guidance. Date subject to change due to covid-19.
4. Once the transaction is complete, ALL liability including but not limited to using, moving, installing, and building equipment is assumed by the buyer.
